Request Case Evaluation

At Fair Cadora, we understand that family law cases can be overwhelming and stressful. The attorney you choose can make or break your case. That’s why we offer a paid strategy session to all potential clients. We want you to have the chance to connect with us and gain your trust while receiving valuable advice and insight about your situation. During a strategy session, we will review the details of your case and provide you with an honest assessment of your legal options. The quality of our work and advice during a strategy session will allow you to make an informed decision about the next steps in your case and assess if it feels like a fit for us to work together. The first step is to request a case evaluation.

Allison joined Fair Cadora in October 2023 with sixteen years of experience working in family law. Over the years, she has managed hundreds of cases and as a result, has developed a keen understanding of the various family law processes and the ability to help guide clients through those processes successfully. Allison has been a Notary Public since 2013 and is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, and a minor in Linguistics. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family on both sides of the border, traveling, and DIY projects.

Allison has been through the family court system personally and has successfully dealt with the challenges of co-parenting, which has enabled her to help others also going through it. She is here to assist with the effective preparation and resolution of your case, but also to be a listening ear, while maintaining professional boundaries.

A Few Words from Allison on…

WHAT CLIENTS LOVE ABOUT HER:

By nature, I am an empathetic and positive person, which I believe are great qualities in general, but essential in family law. I truly care about clients, and I strive to build great relationships with them and assure them there is light at the end of the tunnel.  Family law is a tough field because you are dealing with some of the most intimate aspects of people’s lives and sometimes the legal system can seem unfair and overwhelming, so it’s important to me that clients feel that we have their back.

WHY SHE CHOOSES TO WORK IN FAMILY LAW:

I’ve chosen to work in family law because I believe I was called to help people during difficult times, and I find this field very rewarding in that sense.
