Request Case Evaluation

At Fair Cadora, we understand that family law cases can be overwhelming and stressful. The attorney you choose can make or break your case. That’s why we offer a paid strategy session to all potential clients. We want you to have the chance to connect with us and gain your trust while receiving valuable advice and insight about your situation. During a strategy session, we will review the details of your case and provide you with an honest assessment of your legal options. The quality of our work and advice during a strategy session will allow you to make an informed decision about the next steps in your case and assess if it feels like a fit for us to work together. The first step is to request a case evaluation.

Faye was hired as the HR Manager for Fair Cadora in 2023 to assist in the growth of the business and to manage the care of its valued employees.

Faye received her BA degree from San Francisco State University where she majored in Theater Arts and minored in Music. Her passion for the arts was equal to her passion for working with people, which led her to pursue HR work in 2004 for a social services program for teens with severe emotional disorders. She received her Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management in 2018 from San Diego State University and has been working as an HR Manager for small growing businesses ever since.

Faye loves to take long walks at the dog beach, traveling, cooking, painting, music and playing strategy board games with her husband. She is an active volunteer in the community and has served on the Personnel Appeals Board for the City of La Mesa since 2018.

A Few Words from Faye on…

HER CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR CLIENTS’ EXPERIENCE:

My goal is to help all of our employees feel like they are a part of a team that supports them in achieving their career goals. By helping to keep them happy and satisfied in their jobs, and to maintain a positive work/life harmony, they are better able to support our clients’ needs.

WHY SHE CHOOSES TO WORK IN FAMILY LAW:

Seeing the difficulty my family and friends have gone through with divorce, child custody issues and domestic violence, I am happy to support a company that helps all of that become easier for families.
